Bonnell's Restaurant is
dedicated to working with local Texas
farmers and ranchers to serve its patrons the highest quality and most unique
products. Almost all of the grass-fed beef, produce, venison, quail, wild boar,
fish, oysters, cheeses and fresh herbs served at Bonnell's are from the great
state of Texas .

Born and raised in Fort Worth , Texas ,
Chef Jon Bonnell grew up hunting, fishing and cooking, and his childhood
pastimes eventually became his culinary inspirations. In 2001 Chef Bonnell
opened his flagship restaurant Bonnell’s Fine Texas Cuisine
and cemented his reputation as a culinary master with wild game meats. In 2013,
Chef Bonnell launched WATERS, his latest concept to showcase his passion for
and love of seafood.
